How do I place an order?

  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping and payment details.
  4. Apply voucher codes or special instructions, if applicable.
  5. Complete your payment.
  6. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Do you accept pre-orders?

Yes. We offer pre-orders for:

  • Upcoming releases
  • Restocks
  • Limited edition titles

Pre-order lead times are indicated on each product page.

Please note:

  • Full payment or downpayment may be required
  • Regular items combined with pre-orders may be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives

Can I request a book that is not listed on your website?

Yes. We accept Special Orders for selected titles not currently available on our website.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Shipping & Delivery

How much is the shipping fee?

Metro Manila

  • Flat rate: ₱100
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Provincial Areas / Outside Metro Manila

  • Flat rate: ₱150
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees may vary for:

  • Bulk orders
  • Oversized packages
  • International shipments

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send:

  • Your tracking number
  • Shipping confirmation
  • A photo of your packed order before shipment

What happens if I miss my delivery?

The courier may attempt to contact you upon delivery.

If nobody is available to receive the parcel:

  • Another delivery attempt may be scheduled
  • Unclaimed parcels may be returned to our warehouse

Do your return and refund policies apply to Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada orders?

No. Orders placed through:

  • Shopee
  • TikTok Shop
  • Lazada

Follow the return, refund, cancellation, and dispute policies of their respective platforms.

For platform orders, customers must process concerns directly through the platform’s official return/refund system.
