At The Hungry Mind, we ship orders nationwide via J&T Express Philippines.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you:

  • Your tracking number

  • A photo of your packed item before shipment

  • Shipping confirmation details

Shipping Rates

Metro Manila

  • Flat rate: ₱150

  • Applicable for pouch-size parcels up to large pouch capacity

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

Outside Metro Manila

  • Flat rate: ₱180

  • Applicable for pouch-size parcels up to large pouch capacity

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders or packages that exceed pouch size limits, shipping rates may vary. Please contact us (LINK HERE) directly before placing your order so we can arrange the best shipping option for you.

International Shipping

For worldwide shipping, we ship via DHL Express Philippines. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and package size. Please contact us directly before placing your order for a shipping quotation and assistance.

Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders 6 days a week

  • Shipping hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Order cutoff: 2:00 PM

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next shipping day.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
